Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been worn (other than trying it on) and/or is not in its original packaging. If we feel that the costumes have been worn or if the packing has been torn, we will send the item back to you and you will not be issued a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Because of people abusing returns and trying to borrow, all costumes have a 25% restocking fee even if returned new.
